Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: April 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to the VoltPay platform as well as any other applications operated by VoltPay AI, Inc. or any of its affiliates. VoltPay Services include any of VoltPay’s services, websites, and applications.

1. Prohibited User Activities

The following is an indicative list of prohibited User activities. Certain industries may be prohibited for regulated financial products but acceptable for SaaS Services.

• Persons involved in activities violating any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation
• Persons whose business makes it impossible to verify the legitimacy of the activities or the source of funds
• Anonymous accounts, nominee accounts, or accounts in fictitious names
• Individuals who refuse to provide requested information or documents
• Shell or offshore companies without real economic activity in their jurisdiction of registration
• Companies with bearer shares ownership
• Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement
• Products and services that are not legal in the jurisdiction in which they are being offered
• Illegal products and services
• Counterfeit or unauthorized goods
• Illegal or controlled substance vendors, including marijuana-related businesses or services (including professional services to marijuana farmers or distributors) where prohibited by applicable law
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Adult content and services, including sexually oriented or obscene materials or services
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes
• Esoteric services
• Gambling services where illegal, or offering gambling services without required permits or licenses

2. Prohibited Uses of the VoltPay Platform and Services

The following is an indicative list of prohibited uses of the VoltPay Services and Platform:

• Duplicate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decode the Platform or VoltPay Services (including any underlying idea or algorithm), or attempt to do any of the same
• Access or use the Platform or VoltPay Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, disrupt, or impair the Platform or Services, or interfere with any other party’s access to or use of the Platform or Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Platform or Services, Accounts registered to other Users, or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform or Services
• Circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, or thwart any technological measure or content protections of the Platform or Services
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, or other automatic device, process, software, or query that intercepts, “mines,” scrapes, or otherwise accesses the Platform or Services to monitor, extract, copy, or collect information or data, or engage in any manual process to do the same
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other materials that are malicious or technologically harmful
• Use the Platform or Services for illegal, harassing, unethical, or disruptive purposes
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your access to or use of the Platform or Services
• Use or access another User’s account or password without permission
• Access or use the Services in any way not expressly permitted by the Terms of Service
• Use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the nature of your business
• Use the Platform to engage in any form of worker misclassification or to circumvent employment laws

3. Enforcement

If we suspect or determine that you are using the Platform and/or Services in connection with any Prohibited User Activities or Prohibited Uses, we reserve the right to:

• Disable your Account
• Freeze any funds in your Account
• Report your activity to our financial services providers and other regulatory authorities with jurisdiction
• Take any other action we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Platform and Services

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will provide you with notice promptly following any such action.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to compliance@voltpay.ai.

5. Changes

VoltPay reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
