Who VoltPay Is For

VoltPay is built for founder-operators and finance teams at contractor-heavy startups (10-50+ contractors, seed to Series B) who need:

  • Global contractor payments without managing a payroll dashboard
  • Compliance monitoring across multiple jurisdictions
  • Lower payment costs via optimized routing
  • A team that handles operations, not just software

How It Works

  1. Onboard contractors — Add via chat, CSV, or API. VoltPay handles KYC and compliance.
  2. Payroll runs automatically — AI agents prepare pay runs, check compliance, route payments.
  3. You approve — One button. Contractors are paid.

The AI agent is your primary interface. It prepares everything, surfaces what needs attention, and handles the rest.

The Autopilot Model

VoltPay is an autopilot, not a copilot. The difference:

  • Copilot (Deel, Remote): Gives you a dashboard to manage yourself
  • Autopilot (VoltPay): Manages operations for you, surfaces results for approval

When you log in, you see outcomes (“23 contractors paid, $0 issues”) — not a task list.
