Your VoltPay bill has two parts: a per-seat fee for each active seat, and usage-based AI credit refills when you exceed your included allocation. There is no platform fee.
Bill Components

Each seat includes a base monthly allocation of AI credits. Refill packs are only charged when your agent usage exceeds that allocation. See Plans and pricing for credit costs.
When Charges Start
Section titled “When Charges Start”- No platform fee: Nothing is charged at signup for provisioning.
- Per-seat fee: Starts when a contractor or employee reaches “Active” status (KYC complete)
What “Active Seat” Means
Section titled “What “Active Seat” Means”A contractor or employee counts toward your per-seat fee when:
- Their KYC is verified
- Their status is “Active” or “Paused”
- They have NOT been offboarded
Offboarded contractors and employees stop billing at the end of the current billing period.
Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”- Upgrade or downgrade via Settings → Billing
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- Cancel anytime after 30 days (per terms)
