Complete Verification (KYB)

Overview

VoltPay uses Bridge.xyz (powered by Persona) for KYB (Know Your Business) verification. This is required before you can send payments.

What You’ll Need

  • Government-issued ID of a company director or authorized representative
  • Proof of business registration (certificate of incorporation, articles of organization)
  • Business address verification (utility bill, bank statement, or official document)

Timeline

  • Typical completion: 24-48 hours
  • Additional review: Up to 5 business days if documents need clarification

Steps

  1. After account creation, you’ll receive an email from Bridge.xyz with a verification link
  2. Upload the required documents
  3. Complete the identity verification (photo ID + selfie)
  4. Wait for approval — VoltPay notifies you when complete

If Verification is Delayed

If your verification takes longer than 48 hours:

  • Check your email for requests for additional documentation
  • Ask the VoltPay agent: “What’s the status of my KYB verification?”
  • The agent can escalate to our verification team
