Overview
Section titled “Overview”VoltPay tracks required tax forms per jurisdiction and notifies you when forms are missing, expired, or need renewal.
Common Required Forms

| UK | Self-assessment registration | Tax status confirmation |
Form Lifecycle
Section titled “Form Lifecycle”- Required — Form identified as needed for this contractor
- Requested — Contractor notified to upload
- Submitted — Under review
- Approved — Valid and on file
- Expiring — Renewal needed within 30 days
Managing Forms
Section titled “Managing Forms”The agent tracks form status automatically. You’ll be notified when:
- A new contractor needs forms
- An existing form is approaching expiration
- A form submission needs your review
