Contractor Profiles
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Each contractor has a profile containing their personal details, payment information, compliance status, and payment history.
Profile Information
Section titled “Profile Information”- Personal: Name, email, country, time zone
- Payment: Amount, currency, frequency, payout method
- Compliance: KYC status, tax forms, contract status, classification
- History: All payments, invoices, and communications
Status Lifecycle
Section titled “Status Lifecycle”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invited | Onboarding email sent, awaiting contractor action |
| Pending | KYC submitted, awaiting verification |
| Active | Verified and eligible for payment |
| Paused | Temporarily not receiving payments |
| Offboarded | Removed from active payroll |
Updating Contractor Details
Section titled “Updating Contractor Details”Ask the agent to make changes:
“Update Sofia’s rate to $2,800/month starting May 1”
Or navigate to the contractor’s profile and edit directly. Rate changes take effect on the specified date.
