Overview
Section titled “Overview”KYC (contractor) and KYB (business) verification usually completes within 24-48 hours. If it’s taking longer, here’s what to do.
Check Status
Section titled “Check Status”Ask the agent:
“What’s the status of my KYB verification?”
Or for a contractor:
“What’s Sofia’s KYC status?”
Common Delays
Section titled “Common Delays”Documents Unclear
Section titled “Documents Unclear”The uploaded documents may be blurry, expired, or incomplete.
Resolution: Check email for a request from Persona/Bridge.xyz asking for re-upload. Submit clearer documents.
Manual Review Required
Section titled “Manual Review Required”Some verifications require human review at Persona/Bridge.
Resolution: Wait up to 5 business days. If still pending, the agent can escalate.
Country-Specific Requirements
Section titled “Country-Specific Requirements”Some jurisdictions require additional documentation beyond standard ID.
Resolution: The agent will tell you exactly what’s needed. Provide the additional documents.
Escalation
Section titled “Escalation”If verification is stuck beyond 5 business days:
